"We have several large sycamores along one border of our garden and recently engaged Heartwood Trees to manage these. Mr Dominic Mearns attended promptly, sought our views on what was required, inspected the site and then outlined a plan of work which perfectly met our requirements. Within a few days we were provided with a detailed written quotation for this work. Heartwood Trees attended on the day arranged and carried out all of the work, exactly as outlined in the quotation and without problem. Some of the larger sycamore limbs being removed overhang a public highway and these were dealt with professionally, taking account of the safety and convenience of road users at all times.

On completion of the work, Heartwood Trees ensured the site was left tidy and free from branches, debris, etc. Mr. Mearns knowledge and experience in this field was clear to see and we were very pleased to note that while all of the trees dealt with were thinned out and safe, they remained perfectly balanced and pleasing to the eye."

"Having worked at Arnold Clark Kirkcaldy Fiat as a new manager for 10 months I found Heartwood Trees! They came to the rescue to help increase our sales volumes! After over 5 (unsuccessful) attempts to remove a cluster of trees by previous managers. I would just like to say thanks for a thoroughly professional job. The tree was removed very quickly and the trunk left as logs for the fire as requested and all other mess cleared away. The quote was much less than I expected and once the job was complete the price went down even further as it took less time than expected.
